Seen

About this book

Some moments pass unnoticed by everyone but God.In the crowded courts of the temple, among the echo of coins and the rustle of linen, a widow gave all she had. Nearby, a tax collector whispered seven trembling words. Both were overlooked by the crowd. Neither was overlooked by Him. Through richly imagined narrative and poetic reflection, Seen draws readers into the quiet depth of two Gospel moments: one recorded as an event, the other told as a parable. Together, they reveal Jesus's searching gaze and invite us to recognise ourselves within the story. The Pharisee. The tax collector. The widow. Each reflects something of the human heart: pride that longs to be admired, shame that longs to be forgiven, and hidden faith that wonders whether its offering matters. This is not just their story. It is ours. For the God who sees is still watching, still waiting, still welcoming.
