Privacy policy

What we collect. When you order we collect your name, email, phone, shipping address and the items you bought. Payment card details are entered on Stripe's secure page and never reach our servers.

How we use it. To fulfil and ship your order, send order and shipping confirmations, answer support requests and meet legal and accounting obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Who we share it with. Stripe (payment), our fulfilment distributor and carriers (to pack and deliver your order), and our email provider (to send order emails). Each receives only what it needs.

Cookies and analytics. We use a cookie to remember your cart, and a first-party cookie to count visits and see which pages and searches are useful. That measurement runs on our own systems, is never shared with advertisers, and we do not use advertising cookies. If your browser sends the Global Privacy Control signal, we measure without setting the cookie.

Retention. Order records are kept for accounting purposes. Shipping details are removed from our systems after the order is complete and the return window has passed.
