With every word presented in both Spanish and English, each illustration contrasts the cultural associations between the words, demonstrating the different types of plantas (plants), música (music), and even leche (milk) across cultures and experiences. With spare text and vivid visuals, this simple yet powerful concept book cleverly shows young readers how the same thing can be appreciated differently depending on where you are.
